Superb photo opportunities and wildlife viewing beckon from this sparkling jewel in Glacier National Park's crown. You will see Sexton Glacier, Wild Goose Island, waterfalls, rugged cliffs, and ancient forests. Come ready to learn as well! A fascinating historical account of St. Mary Lake is provided on this scenic tour. The Joy II and Little Chief depart from the Rising Sun boat dock, six miles inside the East entrance on Going to the Sun Road. An optional unguided 15 minute walk to Baring Falls is offered on each tour with the exception of the 6:30 p.m. departure.

*St. Mary Falls Walk: As you walk through a pristine forest, you will hear the roaring water before witnessing this astonishing waterfall. Roundtrip distance is 3 miles with gentle slopes. A National Park Service Ranger-Naturalist generally leads this guided walk. Please check the National Park Service Ranger Activity Schedule.
One-way Tickets: For transportation from trailheads to the ticket office docks, one-way fares are sold on a space available basis. Adults $12.00, Children $6.00 and Children under 4 are free. One-way tickets are not available for up-lake travel to trailheads from the ticket office docks.
